OFFER AGREEMENT

  1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
1.1. Service Provider: AMITA GROUP Ltd., a company registered in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, providing services under the terms of this Agreement.
1.2. Client: Legal or natural person expressing consent to the terms of this Offer Agreement.
1.3. Website: The service provider's web resource available at http://startyourstep.com/, where the Offer is published, located on the Internet at Offer Agreement.
1.4. Offer: A public offer from the Service Provider, posted on the website, regarding the provision of consulting, advertising, marketing services, and the sale of goods.
1.5. Acceptance: Legally significant consent of the Client to the terms of the Offer, expressed by making a purchase on the website or receiving services from the Service Provider.
1.6. Service: A complex of services covering consulting, advertising, marketing, and other non-regulated business services.
1.7. Service Cost: The monetary amount payable for the services provided, established at the time of payment.
1.8. Purchase: Legal agreement of the Client to receive services or goods in accordance with the terms of the Offer.
1.9. Payment: The transfer of funds by the Client to the Service Provider in agreed amounts and terms in accordance with the terms of the Offer.

  1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The subject of the Agreement, concluded by the Client through Acceptance of this Offer, is the paid provision of services by the Service Provider to the Client.
2.2. The Service Provider undertakes to provide informational support and other non-regulated business services related to business.
2.3. The Service Provider also provides clients with the opportunity to purchase goods on the Service Provider's website.
2.4. The Client orders the Service from those published on the Service Provider's website, provided under the terms of this Agreement, and pays for them at the Service Cost set at the time of payment.
2.5. The conclusion of this Agreement by the Client can be made regarding several Services simultaneously. In this case, the terms of the Agreement apply to each Service separately.

3. ACCEPTANCE/CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT
3.1. Acceptance of the Offer is considered the completion of a purchase on the Service Provider's website or the receipt of services from the Service Provider.
3.2. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment of receiving full prepayment or a partial payment according to the Offer.
3.3. Payment by the Client for the Service of the Service Provider confirms the Client's acceptance of the terms of this Offer in full.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE PROVISION
4.1. General Conditions
4.1.1. After reviewing the List of Services posted on the Service Provider's website and selecting the desired Service, the Client fills in all required fields on the corresponding page of the website, providing accurate personal information.
4.1.2. The Client can obtain all the necessary information about the Service on the Service Provider's website, by phone at +44 7490 995355 (Telegram), or by sending an email to the Service Provider's Contact Email.
4.1.3. When making a Purchase, the Client confirms that they have acquainted themselves with the available informational materials, sufficient to make an informed decision.
4.1.4. The Service can only be provided upon receipt of 100% prepayment to the Service Provider's accounts.
4.1.5. The Service Provider delivers services in accordance with the selected service package or product chosen by the Client.

5. COST OF SERVICES
5.1. Payment for the services provided to the Client is made by the Client making a 100% prepayment, based on the Cost of the Service set by the Service Provider at the time of payment.
5.2. The provision of services by the Service Provider is possible only after receiving 100% payment to the Service Provider's accounts.
5.3. Payment is possible only by the method proposed on the website or sent by mail to the client.
5.4. The requisites and the Cost of the Services are specified on the Service Provider's website in the relevant section. The Client independently monitors changes in the Service Provider's details listed on the website and is responsible for the accuracy of the payments made.
5.5. Since the Cost of Services and discounts are determined by the Service Provider independently, they may be changed at any time without notifying the Client. However, such changes do not apply to Services already paid for by the Client.

6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The Service Provider has the right to request the necessary information from the Client to provide the services.
6.2. The Client undertakes to pay the cost of services within the agreed-upon period and provide the necessary information for the provision of services.
6.3. The Service Provider has the right to change the Cost of Services, date, time, and other conditions of service provision.

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Service Provider is responsible for the proper provision of services.
7.2. The Client is responsible for the timely payment of the cost of services.
7.3. For non-performance or improper performance of obligations under the Agreement, the Parties are liable in accordance with the current Agreement and the legislation of the United Kingdom.
7.4. The Service Provider is not responsible for the improper provision of the service if such improper performance results from the inaccuracy, insufficiency, or untimeliness of the information provided by the Client, as well as due to other breaches of the conditions of this Agreement by the Client.
7.5. The Service Provider is not liable for any harm caused to the Client or third parties due to the improper use of information by the Client and acquired knowledge after receiving the services.
7.6. By paying for the services of the Service Provider under this Agreement, the Client agrees to the terms of the Offer and acknowledges that they are not entitled to demand any compensation for moral, material damage, or harm caused to the Client both during the term of this Agreement and after its expiration, except in cases directly provided for by current legislation.
7.7. Without contradicting the above, the Service Provider is released from liability for a breach of the conditions of the Offer Agreement if such breach is caused by force majeure, including: actions of state authorities, fire, flood, earthquake, other natural disasters, lack of electricity, strikes, civil unrest, riots, any other circumstances, not limited to the listed, that may affect the performance of the Service Provider's conditions of this Agreement.
7.8. The Service Provider is not responsible for any discrepancy between the provided service and the Client's expectations and/or for the Client's subjective assessment. Such discrepancy to expectations and/or a negative subjective assessment is not grounds to consider the services provided as of low quality or not within the agreed scope.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. This Agreement, its conclusion, and execution are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
8.2. In the event of improper performance of the Agreement by one of the parties, resulting in adverse consequences for the other party, liability arises in accordance with the current legislation of the United Kingdom.
8.3. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations between the Parties. The pre-trial dispute resolution procedure is mandatory. The response period to a written claim is 30 calendar days.
8.4. The Parties have agreed that if disagreements cannot be resolved through negotiations, they shall be considered in the relevant court of the judicial system of the United Kingdom at the location of the Service Provider.

9. DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT, AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT
9.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the terms of this Offer at any time or withdraw the Offer at its discretion. In case of changes made by the Service Provider, such changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the Service Provider's website.
9.2. The Client agrees and acknowledges that making changes to the Offer entails making these changes to the concluded and valid Agreement between the Client and the Service Provider. These changes to the Agreement come into effect simultaneously with the publication of such changes on the Service Provider's website or notification sent by email.
9.3. The Agreement comes into effect upon the Client's payment for the services of the Service Provider and is valid until the Parties fully fulfill their obligations under the Agreement. All appendices are an integral part of this Agreement.

10. OTHER CONDITIONS
10.1. The Offer does not require sealing with stamps and/or signatures of the Client and the Service Provider, while retaining full legal force.
10.2. The Purchase made by the Client on the Service Provider's website is an integral part of this Agreement.
10.3. The Client agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the current legislation.
10.4. By accepting the terms of the Offer, the Client voluntarily acknowledges that: — they have fully acquainted themselves with the terms of the Offer; — they fully understand the subject and conditions of this Offer as an Agreement concluded by them with the Service Provider; — they fully understand the meaning and consequences of their actions in concluding and executing the conditions of this Agreement.
10.5. In all matters not provided for by this Agreement, the Parties shall be guided by the current legislation of the United Kingdom. The recognition by the court of the invalidity of any provision of this Offer does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions.
The Client confirms that all the terms of this Agreement are clear to them, and they accept them unconditionally and in full.
10.6. This Agreement is drafted in English and Russian languages and has legal force for all parties, regardless of translation into other languages.
